Parents as Partners in Extended Learning Time – New Video! 2014 - 2015, a team of Newark parents worked together to learn about promising practices in extended learning time, and to empower other parents in their schools to have a voice in ELT implementation. They also assessed the delivery of ELT in Newark, and came up with recommendations for the district.
